    Hello, Fapstronauts,

Since starting NoFap in september 2017, progress has been made.

    Health Improvements

I was fat and felt exhausted and tired. I was fapping 2-3 times per day, everytime something negative happened. If I was depressed, the night would go to fapping and surfing on porn on the internet. That activity is far off the track and a waste of our limited time. Now I'm starting to get into shape and exercising doesn't "hurt" the way it used to. Previously I wanted to sleep rather than exercise. I spend time outdoor, in fresh air and light. Natural light is great!

    Intellectual Improvements
The memory and will to succeed has increased. I have also been able to write down a well defined career goal - a purpose that is now in progress. I'm not spending as much time working as previously. The reason is because the fear a decline of health. This fear has taken a firm grip lately.

Hoping to regain that laser focus that was before NoFap. NoFap so far has been more of a transition phase to this point. The next step is to take it up one further step, and use the sexual transmuted energy and put it into work ethic. I am also hoping to quit to other addictions called worries and social media, respectively.

    Social Improvements
I'm still a lone wolf. I don't have to many friends, but I got some good friends. My voice is deeper, and able to speak more confidently to people. Eye contact is still a problem, but it's getting there.

    Future
I'm hoping to minimize the time spent on social medias and other unimportent stuff. I have a baaaad habit watching "interesting" youtube-videos, reading "interesting" articles, listening to "interesting" online opinions and worrying about stupid stuff. What I really should do is focus this wasted time into studies, friends and health.

I'm also aiming to work and study at a deeper level, that is focusing more on what is important, becuase time is a resource that is limited. If faced with a problem the previous tactic has been to perfect it. That is editing stuff that don't need to be editing or repeating stuff that is well known.

It's time to level up and focus on what is important
