You became addicted to PMO, as many others here, and, I believe, you want to ged rid ot that addiction. The great thing is that, of course, you don't M. But look at it from different perspective your brain (so you) is looking for another way to get stimulated, is trying new way to get that dopamine. You are doing things to get that dopamine, on which you are already addicted on - same with that looking at P and continuing (sorry didn't read all replies). Isn't nofap really about self discipline and replacing bad (addictive) behaviours?

Take very simmilar analogy with alcoholism, little easier addiction. A man can abstain from drinking "hard liquor". But when he drinks a small glass of wine regularly, doesn't it have almost same impact on that addiction?

I am not saying you are not progressing, like great man, you don't M. But when you wan't to go futher (at least in my opinion) you must conquer yourself, and so your addiction. Start seeing these questions - does this count as relapse, is this a sin etc... as a way you try to stick to PMO habit, think about it. When you want to go further, you must drop all burdens that are holding you down....

One heck of an answer bro. Really appreciate your advice. What you stated here, is absolutely correct. I was trying to find new excuse to replace PMO. It was absolute shit, which always made me feel like shit. After posting here, I have restarted my journey again and I am currently on day 6th. This time with more determination and no excuses. Refraining from PMO and focusing to change my life. This time there won't be any excuses. Thanks for your help
