    Hi everyone, my name is Leo and I've had a really hard time struggling with "PMO" for several years, and I've realized I need some help rather than myself to overcome it. The thoughts about watching porn and masturbating come to me oftenly and once I start browsing, I can't go back. I would appreciate some advice. Thanks.
