    I'm new to NoFap. I'm badly addicted to porn and Masturbation since age of 12 years now I'm 19. It's all due to a friend who said watching porn and doing Masturbation gives pleasure.
    Now I just want to stop it here.
    In the last month I controlled my self for almost 20 days, suddenly I don't know what happened I again started reading stories and started Masturbation.
    I just want to get out of this drama.
    I want to concentrate on my life and enjoy a beautiful life in the next coming years

    20 days is a great streak and you are at an age when urges are very strong - don't despair - you should be really proud of an almost three week streak - you've done it before you can do it again!
