im losing everything so please advice me or say anything that helps

    Hello all,
    Hope you are all fine.
    Im 27, and fapping from age 17,on daily basis. Now i want to stay away from it, today i joined this community, read some inspiring stories here, i want to leave it real bad, no matter how much i try, i failed all the time, today is my 1st nofap day, so please give me some advice to get rid from this thing.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
