I'm having a lot of trouble.

  1. So my FAVORITE time to fap is at night or in the morning when I'm in my bed. My second favorite is when I'm in the shower. Other than that, I do allow myself to be triggered by pornography and m. Besides the obvious, what am I doing wrong? I don't even know where to start, I just would like some advice please. I resent the thought of going to bed, knowing I'm probably just going to fap again, so I get it over with beforehand. Help.

    You need to list a list of reasons and read it every time you want to do it.
    You need some goals as why you want to stop and what you want to achieve

  5. U Should try the herb fo-ti natures way brand. Do your research give it a try it's been working for me. Also candle gazing ,& meditation and reading outloud my affirmations and goals, exercise the Big 4 push ups, pull ups dips and squats body weight compound exercise. In in the process of a 10day transition 2 my new nofap journey starting Apr.1.2019. MY Biggest mistake is edging, the fo-ti really helps the flatline, all these things have worked for me give them a try, always meditate on Edging =Relapse =Addiction. Good luck we are all in this together.
