    Hello, this is my first publication yesterday I relapsed after my best streak of 7 days PMO, it is very little, but it is not easy to get there for an addict, yesterday I did PMO 3 times in a span of 24 hours. I am afraid of not being able to get out of this shit and make the situation worse I need advice from you to at least achieve 30 days clean this is ruining my life.

    Yeah man I know it’s tough I’m on day 3 without pmo and it is tough I’m an porn addict too but I would say don’t watch things with women in it like movies shows social media online Facebook/ instagram I quit that too I’m strict about quitting this addiction hang in there I’m here for you

    I think the combo Hobbies/NoTech/Will is necessary for someone so involved like you.
    Read, write, go to the gym, explore new places, sports etc... You need something that takes the place and time you used to dedicate to porn.
    But if you keep technologies in solitary locations I fear you are bound to relapse and relapse and relapse again. Don't switch on the pc when you are alone in the room (or smartphone or any other porn-capable device).
    Finally the most important thing you need is an Iron Will to fend off the urges at least for the firsts days. Porn is an addiction on par with smoking, coffee and drugs: you don't quit these without an Iron Will or an Iron Fear.

    I deleted my facebook and instagram account and that helped me to arrive at 7 days, but what tortures me most are my thoughts that do not let me concentrate on other activities.

    Yes I’m really focused on quitting this addiction I’m taking it serious I’m not watching on social media or doing none of it I’m going to kick porn butt

    Maybe that will be the solution but I lack a lot of motivation to change my lifestyle.

    You need to refocus your attention from trying to abstain for x-number of days to short term goals you'd like to achieve. Goals can be anything you like doing . Write them down and tick them every day. Mine were very modest when I started (still not easy for me to achieve) like going to sleep/waking up at normal hours, taking care of personal hygiene, eating fish oil and fruits every day, drinking enough of water, sunbath for 20 minutes each day, daily aerobic exercise … Start with two or three and then add new ones. I know it sounds silly, but it actually works as your mind becomes focused on new goals and not on PMOing.
