hey Im new here, 1st of all my english is not that good
Im a lonely person , it hurts when I see people having fun and enjoying little things ,..I was masturbating everyday since I was 12 now Im 24 , I started reading if masturbation weakens us especially the men , but u know internet is full of crap they say its healthy , I say its not because semen contains lotta important nutritients ( proteins minerals etc ) and only 1 % sperm
and when u think logically ejaculation is only meant for reproduction so its kinda sacred ..
I ve done 4 months nofap 1st it was great I was confident energetic at work ..even Im lonely that time I never gave a fuck
then I relapsed I felt empty of life force , unconfident I felt like shit
now Im back on nofap 2 weeks now, Im decided to quit masturbation forever ,only good sex or never , coz believe me nofap is great
Im always lonely but the difference is lonely and masturbating is awful but lonely after months on nofap is something else is like u dont give a fuck ur strong and to hell the sick society to hell the system who put 30 % of internet pornography just to enslave us
