Im a smoker

okey, so im doing this journey with a joy beacuse i believe it will help me get back on a track, but the thing is that im smoking.. im smoking since 15 and now im 18.. does it affect the journey somehow?

I started at 16, and it took me till 23 to finally give it up.
NoFap is not just about quitting PMO. It's about living a healthier lifestyle altogether. I feel that quitting alcohol, cigarettes and drugs out of my life has given me a better understanding of how to cope with the urges although having all those urges hit you at once is going to be something that you have to condition your mind for.
If you see it that way, then quitting is going to benefit your reboot.

so if i quit, there are better chances to be back on the track where i was 3 years ago? I do want to quit, and i will.. probably after this package
