    Hello all,

I am new to NoFap. I'm 28 and I have been watching porn since I was 11 years old. I have been struggling with PIED and I am done with porn controlling my life. Ive tried to quit several times before, but I would always find myself "just checking the new videos." That always escalated into watching the new videos to seeing whats on the tubesite to webcam girls, if I was't satisfied. The problem is that I am not satisfied with jerking off to my computer and porn. I've only been PMO free for 5 days, but in these 5 days I have not slipped up by "just checking the new videos." I found it important to catch myself when i start fantasying about having sex. I have been meditating and journaling for almost a year now, and it has helped. I caught myself thinking about looking up some porn, so I knew was time to enter in my post, and be a witness to the support on here.

Thanks if you are reading this,

Appreciate the support. I'm going to make it stick this time. It helped me to look for the early warning signs, and to work on a new habit.

One day at a time. I started at 11 also, back in the '60s. Too many years of this. We all react differently. First three days was a breeze; today i woke up turned on the morning news and began wondering what the weather girl looked like naked, lol. If you can, just as you get to the point of clicking on the porn sites, click here and be reminded of why you need to get rid of this insidious influence in your life. Do whatever you can to make it harder to do that; empty the "favorites" folder if you have one, and keep writing and thinking about how the porn business has drained millions from yours and other's wallets. Good luck
