    sorry if this has already been asked before, but i was jus wondering if if i watched porn but didnt fap do i have 2 reset my counter, or can i keep going? i jus feel like i cheated abit

    Those counters you have...no...but P is half the battle, why allow yourself to view it at all? Maybe setup a new counter for just looking at P or P subs.

    Hey speshal!!
    There is no definite answer to that but its still wrong to watch porn.. I would restart it.. Coz if you dont you will feel its alryt to watch and will soon lead to relapse..
    N i also believe veiwing porn only also feeds the brain with plenty of dope..

    My general rule of thumb would be that if there's any doubt, you reset. In other words if you must ask if you should, then you should.

    And as CalvinKlein said, you're feeding your dopamine addiction essentially just as much whether you fap or not.
