Idk if I can do a long reboot.

I currently have a GF. We constantly have sex even with my issues. I have PIED i think and i also have a large loss of sensitivity so i don't really feel anything during PIV or Blowjobs. I went to my doctor and they checked my testosterone levels and it was about 185, which i assume is low. but i also read that medical treatments for this can have bad side effects and aren't guaranteed to heal my erection problems. i heard about NoFap and i've tried to do reboots but on average i last about a week. my longest streak has been 1 month. Will i still slowly heal if i masturbate every once in a while? for example once a week? Im totally open to Q&A if anyone wants.
