I was near of watching porn today

I started reading some forum about nofap.
Guys there were arguing whether it is beneficial or bulkshit
I started having an urge to watch porn and masturbate
I started believing that Porn is harmless and I can watch just one picture
you know that I have sexual tension and I need porn to release it
My heart started beating, my mouth became dry and I was very aroused to see porn
At the same time I became very confused about nofap idea and no porn
Damn it; I was so close.
Still im feeling doubtful

 

Glad you resisted. For some Some people, including me, it's very hard to say "no", even when you know it's not beneficial.
