I want my life back

    Hey y'all,

    I have tired to fix my addiction to PMO alone before and now I know I need to ask for help. I live about two hours away from my girlfriend, which I see most weekends, and during the week I get lonely and turn to porn. I know it isn't healthy and want to quit for good this time. She knows about my addiction and is helping the best she can. I truly care about her and want to be a better person for me and for her.

    I know I can do this.

    Same here man although im single.

    Im totally hooked and it just has so much power over me!

    I just signed up here hoping to start a new life free from this addiction.

    It's just something I've always done and seen it as normal but now it's totally ruling me! I suffer anxiety as well and I think this addiction is making it worse.

    I am currently learning Spanish and riding my bike more after work and being around roommates as much as possible.
