I think NoFap does help

  1. Thinking back to my porn days, i was in a really bad place 100 something days ago. I was even talking to a couple girls (i have pied) and I was just so depressed and showing signs of alot of stress. I didnt care about anything including myself or how i carried myself, binging everyday on porn.

    I was in college, had such bad anxiety (still do a little, significantly better) I skipped class everyday and smoked alot of weed and drank. Every weekend (3 times a week) i would drink heavily, take xanaxx, and snort mdma (molly) up my nose (along w weed). I remember saying to myself when i felt i was going to faint/pass out (which i did alot), I legitimately did not care if i lived or died. If i died, i remember thinking it would be that, fuck it.

    I dont believe in nofap superpowers. I think its just your brain getting re-balanced out. I still do feel lonely/depressed but nofap is all about healthy coping mechanisms and habits.

    If you stopped all those depressants as a test ....... you would experience the superpowers (confidence, clear thinking, zero social anxiety, etc.)

    3. Google: "The pain of self-discipline [4] is far less than the pain of regret [8]" ..... Find an image you like......... and save it onto your computer or phone. (Ex: Go outside and get some fresh air. Temptations usually last only 10-20 minutes.)

    4. Daily or Weekly Rewards -- treats or dessert (for good behavior); or buy something related to a hobby you really enjoy; listen to your favorite songs, etc.

    6. Humor ....... Google: "Glad you could join me Mr. Bond". Funny, somewhat possessed toddler............... Anyone know the Villain the toddler is supposed to represent?

    BONUS I -- Fasting can help you have more self control; and has many health benefits. You can skip meals; or entire days -- your choice. If you skip breakfast, you can use GREEN TEA (WITH CAFFEINE) as a low cost, mild, healthy stimulant that gives you energy.

    BONUS II -- Go to NoFap.com…………….. Encourage others or give them Advice [gets the focus off of ourselves and on onto others]. Works Very Good!

    BONUS III -- This may be the most important: Are You Willing to Do Whatever It Takes? (Get up off your Heinekin [butt] and go outside; go to a market or gas station at 3 am [anonymous supervision] and buy a snack or soda; go for a walk around the block at 5am. As soon as you make the (AYWTDWIT?) commitment -- there is an extremely High Success Rate.
