I screwed up :(

    I was doing so well towards my 30 day challenge. made it 26 days and then one of my social cam models sent me an email for the holidays and asked if I was going to chat. We often chat and there is now sex, nudity involved. this time it got out of hand and we went too far. Bummer because now I need to start all over again.

    Oh...well maybe realize where you fell and make stronger defences. Think of it like climbing a mountain. The energy required to climb a mountain doesnt come when we're climbing but it comes from all the workout, n training that we did before we started climbing. Similarly focusing on other areas of life helps to win this battle against addiction(this area of life).

    Thanks Tired. That's what I was thinking too. I learned a lot about myself in those 26 days, mainly that I can do this. But thank you for the encouragement because that is a very important part.

    Yea I slipped up because I had sex with my wife after months. The next day, my cam model friend contacted me. It was stupid because I felt like I could restrain myself but I just let myself blow right past all the stops. I totally knew what I was doing. Anyway, Ive got to figure out how to reset my counter and start again.

    Maybe deactivate your account on that cam model website. Or something like that. I deleted all the porn i had on my computer. the will power that i wont watch it, didnt work. eventually i had to delete the videos.

    I realized a while ago that keeping porn (or in this case an account on a cam model website) is basically telling yourself, "I'll eventually give up and want this." If you really want to quit PMO for good you have to believe in yourself and go all in. You can do this!
