I'm holding here: 7 days and counting. I know I'll have a hard day next Tuesday (stress, loneliness, exhaustion), and I'll have to fight again against my two most powerful triggers: exhaustion and insomnia. I wanted to ask for advice/support for that day in particular, as Tuesday was my last relapse and I don't want to happen again. Any techniques, besides taking a cold shower after I arrive, late at night? (Remember: most probably, I won't be able to sleep well or to sleep at all during several hours).

It would be really nice if someone could post some support messages that same Tuesday in this thread or in my journal. Anything but "stay strong" (http://www.nofap.org/forum/showthre...ong-quot-Learn-how-to-help-and-support-people)

If I'm going to relapse it's going to be on a Tuesday (was last relapse was on Tuesday, after 27 days), because the rest of the week I can sleep normally and I don't have important triggers.

Thank you all very much in advance.

Maybe do something that you enjoy like watching a movie or listening to music to get your mind off the urges. Also, if you do get urges, recognize that they were expected, that they're just thoughts, and that you don't have to give in to them. Hope this helps and good luck!

I think I'll try listening to http://www.calm.com/ and/or soft classical music, until I feel really tired.

I'll do that too: be prepared for the urges. I used to play RPG videogames, so perhaps I'll imagine myself as a warrior, waiting for a monster to appear. And then, kill it! :D (monster = cravings)

Thank you very much, ulaangom09, I really needed a word of advice/support, as I can't beat this without the help of the community.
