Guys, I surrender. I've come to the sad realization that I need help trying to get out of this sad world that is pornography.

I've tried multiple times to do it on my own, but I just continue to fail time and time again. I feel so frustrated, and sad... and alone. This is hard, harders than I thought.

So yeah, I needed to get that out. To let out some of this things that are making me feel like garbage.

    Hi there,
    Welcome here buddy !
Looking @ your counter , you seem to do very good no?
That is already a great achievement, so don't loose hope now !
It's an addiction, so it's natural it's hard sometimes, and sad, and lonely, sure it is... But you have to keep your mind on the goal that you
want to achieve: being PMO-free and with it comes a better future than your past was :)
So, try to go further and further, untill you feel you are much better or completely healed. You will know when it is !
Good luck her ebuddy, and don't worry, lots of helpful people here, stay strong man and good luck ! We're all trying to accomplish the same here.

My advice is to try and do some serious introspection, try to get to the root cause of WHY you became addicted to PMO in the first place and fight it. Just abstaining by itself usually doesnt work unless you have incredible, inhuman willpower, which of course noone on this site has because if we did we wouldn't be addicts.

It's good to be open about it, even anonymously or just to family/trusted mates. Share your disappointment, sorrow and bouts of joy with them.

Sorrow shared is sorrow divided, and joy shared is joy multiplied.

135 days is killer! You're on the way to recover, definitely. You haven't surrendered, you've waged the battle on a separate front. A better one, even, because a community is almost always stronger than an individual. This community, in particular, is looking out for you.

    Stay strong.
