    I almost snapped the other day. I felt so so bad. I've been struggling guys. But idk what some of you would think but I may share this on my YouTube channel. On here Idk if it will go viral, I know many on lookers may frown upon me but only reason I would do it was to get help and or help other people.

    Good idea. It may well feel hard at the moment, but you are a week away from two months on your counter. But I am not sure what your goals are. :confused: Are you doing no porn, no masturbation and no orgasms or something different?

    It’s a good idea, so many people’s eyes still need opening. I mentioned nofap to my 24 yr old brother. He’s never heard of it

    I found out about nofap from searching about porn addiction and it was referred to in a YouTube video. Then I came aboard. I've never heard of anyone speak about it in public though.

    I think it's up to you. For me I would never ever do it at this point. The only reason I would do it is if I have had a lot more success so I can give others actual advice and inspiration.

    But the point is to make people aware. Everyone’s results will vary but it’s nice to know you’re not alone & can find solutions to everyday problems IMO
