Why be scared? Ghosts are not evil. They are just dead people who stay here because they can't let go of something/somebody. People don't automatically become evil once they die. And even if it would follow you who cares, it can't do anything to you other than scare you for it's amusement. Just ignore it and eventually it will get bored and go away.

I don't understand why people are scared of ghosts so much. If you live in a place where a lot of people have died, like a big apartment building or a big city, there is ghosts all around you. There's all kinds of non-human-origin entities too. They are just flying by you minding their business. You're just another random stranger on a street to them that they don't care about. And in fact they care about you even less than you do about some random stranger on a street, cos at least you can interact with stranger while they can't interact with you.

 

Did some research, Mr. cave never had a daughter. I think your referring to one of his sons who passed away by falling off a cliff?

I was talking more about that they can't hurt anybody in a direct physical way. Like they can't take a bottle and hit it against your head or choke you with their hands. But yea, I guess you're right that they can hurt people in a way still. They can drain your life force by feeding on it and they can telepathically put thoughts and urges into one's mind. This is why it's important to develop mindfulness and self control so we would not be impacted by those urges and thoughts, in which case these entities lose all control.

Sure, entities can feed on life force. But if we are not wasting our life force ourselves even if something is feeding on us without our permission I doubt it can seriously drain us, cos there is plenty of life force. I think what's harming most porn addicts and people that MO too much is not that somebody is draining them, they are draining themselves. It's like blood ya know; it's not that there is a parasite sucking all our blood out, it's just we ourselves are cutting our artery open and draining all our blood on the ground. That's what PMO and MO does. It's throwing that life force out there in ethers. And once it's there entities can ate it. I mean why not? It's free food!
