I hope there's more healing to go

  1. 5 months no Porn. And only 4 M's in that time.

    Pros:
    • OCD massively reduced
    • Far less depressed states
    • Morning wood every day, about 7/8 quality
    • feeling more confident
    • Happier
    • Very occasional waves of libido that last about 2 hours
    • More energy
    • A few weeks ago I was able to get erections just from mental fantasy while taking naps

    But... for the past 6 weeks or so. There doesn't seem to be any improvement. Erections still aren't amazing, and libido just doesn't seem to be coming back. I'm worried as I'm at the 5 month mark which is where thing usually come back for younger guys.

    I hope a second wave of pros is to come!

    That is actually a lot of healing. Libido will come back but the fantasizing, I know it is hard to, but has to stop. Any masturbation is going to pro long the healing unless you are not using pornography in that situation. Obviously physically you are doing well. Depending on your frequency of masturbation if you were chronic or not, would take a bit of time to heal.

  5. Thanks man. Gonna try and stop the fantasising. I thought it would help rewire me to women as I was only thinking about real life girls. I'll shut it out now and see what happens!
     
  6. Good for you man. The rule of thumb I have learned is the tougher the reboot the more discernible the change
