i have no clue what to do next

    so i am 19 years old.. i am virgin.. i came across porn when i was 12 or so and have been jerking of to that ever since(once or twice a day) .. but recently i have noticed less firm erections.. so i did a lil research and came to know about your brain on brain.. i read few consequences about excessive masterbation.. which led me to conclusion that i have porn induced erectile dysfunction..so i am two days in no pmo and also smoking(feel happy)... i want to continue as long as i can.. but what if i have sex after a year or so(continued no pmo), will i be able to perform as a normal virgin would(without erectile dysfunction) ?

    A "normal" virgin. Who is that? I am sure all young men having sex the first time with a girl are excited and scared. Each one has his own background and history. Your NO PMO journey will not be easy but worth the effort. The only failure is to give up and run away. I am sure you will have full erection after some time of PMO-abstinence. Just be patient and enjoy the journey.

    You see on my counter: actually 42 days. At day 37 I switched from PMO- to PM-mode.
