I have a question for you all.

Can being addicted to porn heavily and have a porn induced fetish that doesn't match your sexuality change the blood flow to your penis? Like for example the other day i was watching one of my favorite you tubers and like blood was flowing to my penis and it wasn't arousal tho . Because i know what arousal feels like and that wasn't it . Is this normal ? Also if anyone has had experience with hocd or can listen to me i need some help from someone . Thanks guys !
