I hate the feeling of wanting to be alone but also wanting to go out

Hello. My advice is: the night before going out go to bed early, to get good sleep and rest. Do not masturbate, and try to keep away from erotic thoughts. In the morning, take a shower and eat something, but not too much. You'll see that you'll find it easier to go out of your apartment.

 

Get rid of internet in your house. I found without internet at my place, I go out on a consistent basis. If you need internet for work, find a starbucks or something with complimentary wifi and do it there. This will not only force you out of the house on a daily basis, it will also bring you to a place to maybe meet people.

This is only from my personal experience tho, I also had a problem leaving my house. I just wanted to stay at home and play league of legends all day and smoke weed. Once I got rid of my internet I stopped wasting countless hours of my day behind my computer. It helped me motivated to work out, it helped motivate me to start cooking. It also takes away an avenue for us to go watch porn.

But yeah without internet, not sure what you can do at home. You need it for games and you need it to stream, you need it for pretty much anything you can do solo besides reading a book, chores, creative hobbies (like drawing/music/writing), cooking and working out. You will get so bored of staying at home you will make reasons to go out.
