Hey guys. 30 days ago I watched the last adult content and rarely masterbate. If I fap, I have no thoughts from scenes or even a woman. I just want to enjoy the moment for me. For me the biggest goal was to improve my social skills and gain more confidence which I did and quit porn. The pornography definitely impacted me badly in the past and without it, I approach women more often, have fun conversations and dont focus on sex and instead just be playful and awesome. I minimize the fap as well. And if I do fap, again, its without porn thoughts. I'd love to hear your opinion.

There is the chaser effect, which could lead you back to your porn addiction. Try to aim for at least 90 days without porn or masturbation. I've been well over 250 days before, but I slipped back, it's a rather difficult addiction to go about.

  3. I'm glad to hear that you've freed yourself from your addiction to pornography. Also understand that while masturbation doesn't cause as much of an issue as porn for sure, tread cautiously because the chaser effect can quickly lead you to fall back into your porn habit. I've masturbated thinking that I was free of my porn addiction and ended up slowly falling back into it countless times.

As others have suggested as well, I'd say wait the 90 days before doing anything, either porn or masturbation. Then, decide what you're going to do from there. It depends on the person, and the severity of the addiction, really. It's up to you to find out what works best for you.

    Best of luck!
