    It's day 1 of my 30 day challenge and since I believe my addiction is driven by my sexual desires, I wanted to do something to put this to an end. Porn has deceived me to believe sex is most important in life. My daily life is manipulated by exaggerated images of intercourse. I want to look at girls and see THEM rather than visualizing them undressed. It makes it hard for myself to converse with women. I wanna use this thread for collaborative ideas and suggestions from Fapstronauts who can relate. I want this to last so help me out brothers! ✊

    Glad to see I'm not the only one in this boat. Porn and society's view on sex in general has made it to where I perceive sex as a symbol of status and self-worth, and my lack of sex due to my issues from PMO'ing have really reduced my sexual self-esteem which often results in me relapsing and perpetuating this cycle of self-destruction. Now that I've become aware of that I'm really trying hard to reverse all that BS, because that's all it is really.. BS.
