    I did nofap hard mode for 100 days and still not happy with results

    The problem I have is Delayed Ejaculation find it hard to cum during sex!

    I can get hard but just cant seem to finish off with a real woman.

    I can do it with my hand but I want to stop that.

    what should I do next? help?

    Did you stop porn entirely? Not even looking at bikini pics and etc.
    Did you stop fantasizing as much as you can, especially about porn?
    Do you truly feel you went through 100 days without falling through any slippery slope?

    pretty much yes I stop entirely. But no to bikini pics as some times they may have cropped up on twitter facebook from time to time.
    but overall and in general yeah I stopped.
