That's so true. Before Nofap I truly believed that I'm just an antisocial guy. I had no direction in life at all and would walk around like a zombie with zero emotions. And I was cool with it. My life has changed completely in almost all areas. But most importantly I can feel hapiness again.

That's great, how nice to feel happiness again! Yeh I used to think I was a loner, ok with being alone. Actually I'm no good on my own, without pmo I'm so eager to talk to people and even make new friends.

 

It does something to us… this nofap Thing. it tortures us, but torture is not Always negative, it teaches us something.

If one wants to Change their behavior, punishing themselves by going on nofap might just do the trick, to feel some pain, so you are forced (for example to stop being a STALKER like me. Cyberstalker.

Apart from that, porn movies are the worst Entertainment one can imagine. Such dumb and bad movies, I haven't seen in my whole life. Some are Beautiful, others look like shit (sasha Grey is the Girl no one would bang, except in porn movies, where she does dirty talk with her dirty mouth, shame on you…)
