Why kill yourself if you feel like shit because of temporary emotion, that's just stupid. Because shit never lasts forever. If life has no meaning then the very least we can do is enjoy it. Food, great movies, heck even porn if you choose to. A good book maybe has no meaning either, yet people still read it and enjoy themselves. Things don't need to have meaning for us to derive pleasure out of them. Suicide is simply a waste of a good ejaculation and showing a disrespect to your parents who took time and effort to raise you. It's like a spit in a face in that sense.

I don't understand. Care to elaborate on this? What exactly you don't like and consider to be extreme?

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but you seem to be placing too much faith in this forum. The way I see it is this, NoFap communities are only around to assist us in our journey. I heard in my PSYC 101 class that it is easier to break an addiction when you discuss your issues with peers. Which is why alcoholics anonymous encourage group discussions. You should think of communities as nothing more than a tool and if that tool isn't working then you should try a new one.

In my opinion, NoFap should be supplemented with other things like Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now" book or mindfulness.

BTW it is my serious oppinion that birth and death are just transitions.

The universe is eternal, it is just constantly transforming. Thus, all the time, living beings are born.

Maybe you need to wait billion of years until you are reborn, but you won't know it.

 

No matter how bad you feel it will pass. I urge you to reconsider your choice of action. Someone in this world cares about you even if you don't know it. I suggest you also think of how selfish of an act that would be.
