    when im with my girlfriend especially when were alone , I can't control my urge I feel like I was going crazy . my urge is always getting the better of me . and when were done . that's when I realized the mistake that I did. .
    Any suggestion pls ?

    Are you complaining about having urges to have sex with your GF?

    I understand that this is because you may be trying to abstain from all forms of stimulation, but believe me, having sex is a FAR better way to release your urges than jerking off into a tissue.

    Whenever I get horny, I fuck my GF like an animal. Take your urges out on her and don't jerk off ;)

    I'm sure she isn't complaining...
