I Can’t Stop It

Read the stuff on the forum and subreddit, there are many recommendations. Assuming you did and still struggling (like I used to), here is what I did for a month:

Don't use your computer, and switch from smartphone to an old phone. If you have to use your computer, do it in a public place (office, classroom, library, cafe etc) where people can see your monitor.
