    WHAT WATCHING PORN ALREADY DID?
1 - I COULDN'T CONCENTRATE ON MY GOALS AND HAD TO START OVER AND OVER AND WASTE TIME
2 - I COULDN'T BE IN THE MIDDLE, IT'S EITHER QUIT IT OR BE ADDICTED, I TRIED SO HARD TO BALANCE BUT NO
3 - MASSIVE PHYSICAL DAMAGE, BACKPAIN, HEADACHE, EYE TWITCH, DRY SKIN, JOINT PAIN..ETC
4 - IT PROGRAMMED MY MIND TO THINK LIFE IS EASY AND ALL ABOUT INSTANT PLEASURE
    ---------------------------------
    WHAT CONTINUING IT WILL DO?
1 - NOT KNOWING MY TRUE PASSION DUE TO DECREASED LEVELS OF MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE AND FOCUS
2 - KILL MY DOPAMINE RECEPTORS AND MESS UP HOW MY BRAIN GETS REWARDED BY FAKE EFFORT AND SHORTCUTS
3 - NOT REACHING MY GOALS PERIOD, DUE TO NOT FINISHING THEM
4 - NOT FEELING CONFIDENT OR HAPPY OR SATISFIED, THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING FEELING OFF
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    WHAT WILL QUITTING DO?
1 - FINDING AND PERHAPS LIVING MY PASSION
2 - GETTING MY DOPAMINE RECEPTORS REWIRED AND WORKING IN A HEALTHY NATURAL MANNER
3 - REACHING MY GOALS BY FINISHING TASKS QUICKER DUE TO SELF CONTROL
4 - FEELING CONFIDENT AND HAPPY AND SATISFIED AND POWERFUL AND CAPABLE
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    PROOF??
*I'VE ALREADY TRIED BOTH AND BY REMEMBERING HOW EITHER QUITTING OR CONTINUING AFFECTED MY LIFE
IT'S VERY CLEAR THAT ABSTAINING FOR A MONTH OR SO, HAD ME MAKING A LOT OF PROGRESS AND BEING
VERY PRODUCTIVE AND LIVELY AS EVIDENCE BY THE THINGS I MADE, AND WORKING OUT AND STUDYING HARD
FASTER AND MORE EFFECTIVE THAN WHEN CONTINUING IT.
    -----------------------------------------
WHY DO YOU WANT TO QUIT?
1 - BECAUSE I WANT TO REACH MY GOALS AND IT'S SLOWING ME DOWN AND LIMITING MY POTENTIAL
2 - BECAUSE I WANT TO FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF
3 - BECAUSE I WANT TO CHANGE THE WAY I APPROACH LIFE AND NOT TAKE EASY FAKE ROUTES
4 - BECAUSE I WANT TO PROVE I CAN DO IT AND NOT MAKE EXCUSES THAT I DON'T NEED TO
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
WHY DOES MY BRAIN WANTS ME TO CONTINUE?
1 - IT'S CONTROLLING MY THOUGHTS MASSIVELY, SO IT WILL GO FOR A SHORT TIME IF I RELAPSE BUT COME BACK STRONGER
    2 - IT'S SO PLEASURABLE
3 - IT MAKES ME ESCAPE REALITY AND NOT FACE MY PROBLEMS AND THE TRUTH
4 - IT'S EASIER THAN GOING OUT AND HAVING TO FACE REJECTION AND RISK TIME TO FIND A PARTNER
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
HOW DO I STOP MY BRAIN FROM PRESSURING ME TO CONTINUE?
1 - COUNTER EVERYTHOUGHT BY REMINDING MYSELF OF THE LONG TERM RESULTS OF RELAPSING
2 - IT'S PLEASURABLE BUT I NEED TO SWITCH TO SOMETHING PLEASURABLE AND NOT HARMFUL LIKE FOOD
3 - UNDERSTAND THAT I CAN'T ESCAPE REALITY, AND EVENTUALLY I WILL FACE IT, AND PROBLEMS WILL INCREASE AND MULTIPLY
4 - UNDERSTAND THAT DOING WHAT'S EASY MAKES LIFE HARD AND DOING WHAT'S HARD MAKES LIFE EASY

  3. That is where most of us fail. If you are living alone, lonely and sad nights will definitely come and they often come with urges.

    How to deal with this?
I think where your treasure is is where your heart is? At those times you will have to depend on your will power and the resaons why you have to quit. If deep deep down in your heart you want to quit, you may easily push away the urges.

That's a really good question, but I think that you should think about it this way... The harder the urges are = the faster you will quit it and develop self control, so i would say, see it as an opportunity rather than an excuse to relapse.
what worked with me best, is that i finally understood the difference between short term pleasure and happiness, and that they are complete opposite. i hope i helped!
