I’m in hell...

So...I have 93 days total clean of Pmo since February...with relapses littered throughout. My longest streak is 21 days and that eneded yesterday. I don’t know if it’s withdrawals or I’m actually going to end up in the looney bin...but I feel horrible. Is it possible to still be going through withdrawals?

Some of the things I’m dealing with

- After the relapse yesterday I can’t really focus or quickly remeber things. At times it literally feels like my brain is melting.

- Anxiety is through the roof and comes in waves. I keep feeling as if something bad is going to happen or already has.

- Sometimes things don’t seem real. Thinking I’m going crazy.

- No motivation at all. Dead to the world.

- Insomina...this goes hand in hand with the anxiety.

Are these being caused by withdrawals or the relapse? I’ve never felt this bad after a relapse...ever. Is it possible to even have withdrawals shortly after a relapse? I have no idea what is going on with me. It’s hell.

 

It is normal, especially if you are really trying and determined with NoFap. Just bellieve me, it is good that you are feeling that "anger" and "loneliness", it is fuel for big things to come if you can manage it. Take cold showers and slowly start building up. I know it's hard, I've been there, many times, way too many tbh. Don't be too harsh on yourself man, it is a part of the process.
