How to remove ALL images from Google!

Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Deleted Account, Jun 10, 2017.

  1. Hey folks,

I found this a few days ago, and it radically changed my suspectibility when browsing. I am now able to remove ALL images from ALL webpages and searches completely. Any websites you wish to make exceptions for, you can do it easily. And it takes time to disable (sorry, it is not foolproof). If you are tempted to search for a triggering term, as I often am currently, and you crack, you find none available. Thus giving you more time to snap out of your stupor and get away from that computer screen.

Here are the steps (Chrome browser only)...

    I. Click on the Chrome control button in the top-right corner
II. Go to the 'Settings' option
III. Click on said 'Settings' option
IV. Scroll down and click 'Show advanced settings'
    V. Go down to the 'Privacy' tab
    VI. Click 'Content settings'
VII. Go under the heading labelled 'Images'
VIII. Select the option 'Do not show any images'

There you have it. If you wish to add images on select websites, for example NoFap or YBOP, you can do so by clicking on the 'Manage Exceptions' button.

Hope this helps some of you out there!
