How to recover from a relapse asap?!

    So I relapsed twice in the last two days after 49 days streak..any tips for how to recover fastlt from that? How can I get back in the mood asap?
    Is drinking too much caffeine a good idea?.

    Step1 : take a shower. You will feel clean Step2 : 20 press ups. To get a bit of testorone back Step3 : don't Jerk again. It will be tempting Step4 : drink water and eat something. You just used a lot of energy. Step5 : go to sleep. It's a tough day tomorrow.

    I am trying to cut caffeine because it adds anxiety, but in moderation might be good.

    MODERATION. a couple cups of coffee in the morning. Anything more for me triggers a need for more dopamine which makes abstaining from PMO harder. safa61947 has great advice. You can do it. don't fall back into the same horrible life draining routine.

    I don't see how caffaine is good idea on anything regardless nofap. It just makes you short high and wreck you dopamine for the rest of the days. Maybe this why you relapse in the beggining.

    you've got to fill your schedule up totally. Don't leave an inch unfilled with any positive activities that would keep you distracted, seriously the first few days are so hard and then things ease up. but again the key is through these activity some of them must turn into habits. So that later every time you're tempted to watch and masturbate you instead go and practice this/those activity/s. They could be as simple as drawing, walking, going out with friends/family/siblings or even along, sports, grading,cooking, reading, attending events, or even your job. Just make what you do as engaging and intersting as possible.
    I would highly suggest downloading and following up with this app Reborn. Because it will keep you alert and aware of your problem. Hence, avoiding it.

    Nevertheless, if you relapse, it's not the end of the world just get back to the right path as quick as possible. You'r brain is still aware of your new path!
