How to prevent wet dreams?

    I've stopped masturbation for a long long time, but wet dreams still occur. Even if they aren't mostly as worst as real relapses, i still get the impression, that they drain my energy and cause a bit brain fog. Semen retention is actually the important part of NoFap for me. I don't think that wet dreams are a "natural way of your body to get rid of excess sperm", because somtimes they happened 2-3 consecutively to me (Why would the body trigger wet dream 1 day after a wet dream again, if "excess sperm" got already cleared yesterday?) , sometimes not at all for a long time (So contradictory, they happen many times in succession and then not at all for a long time -> that means you cant get full of sperm. when sperm is full ,it will get reabsorbed by body).So In my opinion wet dreams aren't natural, they happen by having lustful thoughts and watching erotic stuff in my experience. The more and longer i expose myself to lustful fantasies and media, the higher the chance that wet dreams occur and also the intensity of them. In the majority of cases i lose only a small amount of sperm, and its very liquid and not sticky, so maybe its no sperm at all but prostate fluid(?) Because of that the relapse effect of wet dreams are very small and inconsiderable. The negative effects of night fall stop like after few hours - few days. But i also had wet dreams with full shots, i felt like i lost all of my sperm. These extreme wet dreams with full shots don't differ from actual masturbation for me in terms of sperm loss and relapse effect. So that's why i fear them.

    For me it got better now, wet dreams don't occur as often as before, maybe only every 2-4 weeks, but i want to stop them for good. They happen on days, where i am very horny. Do you know how i can sooth me in times like that?? Yesterday i had some lustful thoughts for like 20 mins at afternoon and i feared that i will get a wet dream before going to sleep, i prayed before sleeping to not get them. I got one, a big wet spot, but not sticky, so it wasnt that much again, still they lower my energy. I feel like these occasional wet dreams interfere my progress. So do you know any prevention measures against wet dreams? and i really feel the benefits of noFap, i still make progress despite having wet dreams, so its really worth it guys. When i started university and had a normal talk with one of my classmate and laughed genuinely, there were girls looking at me and of them gave me an fond smile. Nofap increases ones soulfulness and happyness, which leads to better socializing. This girl also started to speak with me spontaneously. I also understand new things much faster and better, when i have a long NoFap streak, so it makes one smarter, it actually increases every aspect of life. In gym i caught girls looking at me, they were behind me and in front of me was a mirror. Through the mirror i caught them looking at me. I also need much less sleep than before. I'm waking up at 6-7 am, without being tired!

    So do you know any strategies to prevent wet dreams? The best thing is to get not horny, if you get horny, don't get lost in lustful thoughts and fantasies, because when you go to sleep, the everyday life happenings will get processed and these lustful thoughts too. This will lead to wet dream. So but what can you do, if you already exposed yourself to lustful thouhts for a while ? Do you know some chinese, japanese, indian or i dont know exercised to calm yourself down and get rid of hornyness? And do you know any other overall strategies to prevent wet dreams?
