how to not crave hookups?

    I would really, deeply truly, appreciate ANY advice on how to not crave hookups. I have found as i progress in journey of nofap porn = gone but still trying to transform not craving hookups.

    ANYONE?

    Whats wrong about hookups?
    seems to me like the most healthy thing you can do on a nofap streak.

    not wrong just not what looking go for ideally deep down i want it to be for love. today I TRIED being present 3 deep breaths, aware etc IT WORKED TODAY!!!!
