    hi!

i'm on nofap day 20 now and it feels like a breeze, like TOO MUCH of a breeze.
on previous streaks, i would be horny af all day and couldn't go past the 10 day or so mark. the urges were too stronh
but now it's almost too weak wtf? i didn't even really change anything. my stress level has always been quite upper average so it can't be the cause. also, my diet is even better to before actually.
i feel like i lost my drive. there's no sexual energy AT ALL. how can i increase my drive/libido?

    greetings

It sounds like you're in flatline. You'll come out of it before long.

However, if it persists, I have found that drinking Wu Long (or Oolong) tea makes a noticeable difference. I actually avoid it nowadays as having a lower sex drive is helpful in the battle against PMO.

  3. I'd just be grateful for the low libido while it lasts.
The worst thing about the flatline is that I become overconfident, and as a consequence, I fail quickly when it returns.

Vitamin C + Garlic is a great go too

But its probably just flatline. Just roll with it

Zinc, Chromium, Boron, Magnesium, Iodine, Vitamin A,D,E,K. Take all of these, for Vitamin A take sockeye salmon oil. Take full complex E vitamin

None of those have done shit for me. I do know a lot of stuff is suggested by research, but honestly did nothing at all for me. Won't be the same for everyone. I have a good diet already to cover some bases, might be why it didn't do much. Sockeye salmon is damn good though.
