I think this is particularly why I relapsed yesterday. I made it to day 21, however after exhaustion of trying to find something to do, I smoked a cigar had a drink fell asleep and woke up with an urge to masturbate because of the abyss of hopelessness. We start to look for human interaction and can't find any so we resort to what we know best which is to relapse.

I want the purpose of this thread to achieve a goal which is to a guideline in learning how to deal with issues such as boredom, loneliness, virgin, introverts, social anxiety and others in the midst of our rebooting process.

21 days is a long time, but that's why you have to plan your next step. Instead of getting a quick answer or going with one idea that sounds good take that whole time to plan and try things to take it to the next level. I went for months before but I didn't realize I was kind of just going on testoserone, not very intelligent at all.

    Can you be more specific?

It's going to depend on you and your life schedule, but basically instead of just "don't fap" do things that you know is good for your mind and your physical health. You are the one that needs to be more specific because it is your recovery and your life, we cannot possibly know enough from one post. But we can talk about all the ideas and you can choose ones that may work for your life.

Glad it helped. There is a whole self improvement section where people talk about different things, maybe start there.

When in pain, distract the brain. Read, play video games, run, work out, cry, scream, do anything and everything but torrent all of your focus into pornography. It's a compulsive behavior. We are sick, we are ill, we are all suffering. There is no magic cure. This shit will not just magically get better, take it from me. You have to fight it, every day. The first 30 days are rough- but they get better. When you feel weak, down, hopeless- that's progress. You're undergoing change, the old shits being evicted, the new shit is moving in.

21 days is a fantastic streak. 3 weeks, 504 hours. That's a lot of time. Get back on your saddle and keep marching, soldier. Every day, every hour, every second, every urge you say "no" to is a battle won. Days are trophies, but the urges are the true victories. Take joy in your new training regiment.

It's funny you say that it's a "training regiment" because that is the way I have seen it. In addition, I do take pride in these streaks because I believe in every failure it opens an opportunity for growth and change. At first, I could not get past 3 days , then 7 days, 10 days, 2 weeks, and now I have made it 21 days. My next challenge is 28 -30 days.
