Hey guys, I need some advice.. how do you avoid the chaser effect. I went 14months no sex no pmo. Then had sex and for next week it was MO and. Could not stop.. then had some clean time, then had sex again and next week strait back to PMO and powerless...

How do you guys not slip back to old habits after a reboot and sex with a partner.? Please respond anyone who did a full reboot then learned to have healthy sex that did not lead to a relaps? Please no speculation by people who have not achieved this.. i want input from succ3seful guys who are free of pmo and sexualy active with no relapse

Sexuality is the biggest bitch in men’s life.
It is very difficult when chaser effect hits you hard.
I would say after sex or relapse, concentrate more on recovery in first few days.
    Install filters, filters help.
    Engage yourself in something.
    Stay busy.

  3. Be prepared for it.
Before these forums, I experienced the chaser effect, but didn't know I wasn't unique- it's not really a topic of conversation.

just expect it and have a plan to counter it. Personally, I exercise, avoid boredom (and any other trigger, however weak.)
I have become capable of ignoring weak triggers under typical conditions, but these triggers may become more compelling during the chaser effect.

If you are at 66 days, it may be too soon for sex. Wait for at least 4-5 months if possible.
