How long have you guys been addicted?

I've been addicted for almost 20 years. I started when I was 9. Watching the scrambled channels on cable and R rated movies. I'm in my late 20's now and have been clean for almost 2 years.

I'm interested to know as well. I started when I was about 10 years old and have been doing it sadly for 12 years now. The longest I've gone without PMO is a 1 month and a half

 

I've been addicted since I first discovered it, almost 12 years ago. I'm now in my mid-20's. I'm quitting PMO today

 

I started late, at the age of 17. Now I’m 35, so since 18 years PMO is or hopefully was part of my life. But it’s difficult to say when the addiction really started. I noticed that I could not easily stop PMOing probably by the age of 21.

I had several timeouts. About 70 days when I walked the Camino de Santiago, more than three months when I stayed in India, one time two or three months in everyday life what lead me into a phase of depression. Those were the three longest phases I suppose.

 

I'm 29, started maybe at 12-13 or so. So, rough 16-17 years of addiction. Longest streak is 11-12 days without fapping.

 

50 years,
It started with weamen catalog ,bra, and panties,
14 years old magasines , later VHS and so on.
Now I am 62 years old, and doing a serious atemt to STOP watching P.

 

4 years.
11 years old.
Now I'm 15 years old Haven't done any progress but 4 days is one positive thing for me haven't felt a deep sudden urge.

I watched documentaries and read anti pmo motivational posts.

I want to stop early because if I keep letting myself go.. if I keep going back to that path.. It'll get worse when I'm 20.

So it's better to self rehabilitate myself now while I still can.

11-15 are my years of PMO addiction and I've decided not to let this pass 16, I don't want to be a sex addict.

I need to do this self fulfillment, I need to feel happiness and positivity like when I was 10.

I want to be happy again.
I want to not feel like as if this feeling of positivity wasn't temporary.
I want my self esteem and postivity to be always up.

I know it's a long speech but I just wanna search, I'm doing this early because I don't want the problem to grow bigger.

20 y/o, started probably around 15-16 y/o, so i guess 4 or 5 years. Not as long as some people but still such a long time to waste in such a vice.
This time around, I've just been clean 6 days so far, but that number will steadily grow (for me and for you all, too, i'm sure! )

I am 28 now, I started when I was 12 years old. Back in my place, it was easy and cheap to find a porn vcd on the streets of Latin America. Got clean when I was 25 and a half, but relapsed last Sunday BAD.
