How long does your orgasms last?

Great question @ChrisKush1999AA17, now we all gonna get TRIGGERED and go relapse to find out for ya.

For me it really depends on how long it's been and how long and intense the build up. For example if I PMO all the time on daily then probably as short as 3 sec. But if I go like a month of NoFap and edge a lot then maybe even as long as 20 sec. I notice they are also longer in sex than when MOing.

Some people just have them naturally shorter. Sometimes we just get dealt a shit hand. Still you better off than many females, or men with some kind of health problem, who can not orgasm at all. Don't make sex all about the finish line. There is so much more to be enjoyed than that. You might miss it when focusing on just orgasm.

Do some kegels and other pelvic floor exercises, that's known to help. Also make sure you drink plenty of water, at least a gallon a day.

 

My youth pastor (25ish) once said "orgasms are 40 seconds of pleasure." What the fuck? Mine are were 5 or so seconds approximately. If I binged, then they were 3 seconds or so.

 

Don't expect much when you're masturbating. It's an ejaculation, but it can hardly be called an orgasm. May be just have sex more often, get used to the girl, or was it just a quick affair? When you feel good and relaxed (no PMO!) the orgasm should feel very satisfying. It's not about how long it is, but about whether or not it feels satifying. You obviously sound like there's something missing.

It all depends on how long the build up is and how relaxed you are at the time.
I find if I'm stressed it's short lived.
If I'm relaxed it's nearly more out of body.
Also beating it like there's no tomorrow seriously lowers the feeling while going very slow and spending time building up feels the most satisfying.

Orgasm and ejaculation are two different things. Yet they still go hand in hand with masturbating slowly for longer rather than faster for sooner.
I find that if I take my time and build up I can ejacilate at least 4-6 times before I'm "dry" while the sensation of orgasm still keeps going for those further 15-25 seconds.
