I think balasubramaniac has a good point to make, although he wasn't specific. I would agree that going out and having casual sex just to "see if I'm recovered" would be a bad idea. However, Seaguy44 has a great way of describing what healthy looks like: Can you become sufficiently erect WITHOUT any hand stimulation and perform penis-in-vagina intercourse to completion? That is how he is defining it. And I am copying him. I currently can't do that. I'd have to "rough it up" with my hand before I could get hard enough. So Seaguy44 probably has a good standard. (hopefully with a significant other)

 

I managed to orgasm just from the sensation of being inside the vagina for the first time ever right before my latest relapse. My first instinct when we started having sex was to start thinking about porn so I could stay hard but I managed to fight off those thoughts and focus on the present.

This was huge progress for me having never been able to even ejaculate through intercourse before (even when thinking about porn).

So I think that the other posters in the thread are correct. If you don't think sex is obtainable however maybe you should measure your reboot progress by your ability to talk to women and how confident you feel around them etc. I'd say if you have SA that should improve too.
