How long did it take for you to notice an increase in sensitivity from nofap?

I'm suffering from years of deathgrip. So i have very little if any sensitivity in my penis right now. I"m wondering about how many days of not fapping does it take before you can at least notice some improvement? If I noticed some improvement then that should be enough for me to reboot. But if I don't fap for a week and I still can't feel anything it's going to be very difficult. So whens the earliest one can expect to notice some progress when not fapping in regards to sensitivity and maybe ejaculation?

 

Have you noticed signs of improvement? like morning wood? or interest in girls who normally you wouldnt find attractive? Wet dreams etc? Can feel your wiener when you take a shower? Random erections? Basically your dick becomes like it was right when you were 11.
