I`ve been taking English class for more than 3 months, Yesterday, i got qualified with 78% of result.

So I would like to get suggestions and your opinion regarding grammar skills that I`ve been learning so far.

    Ok come to the point,

there are 3 time periods Present, Future and Past

each time period had got 4 time aspects
simple, perfect, progressive and perfect progressive

Here are the examples of Present Tense:

I take coffee every morning - Present Simple.

I`ve to attend drawing class in every friday - Present Perfect

She has working as the teacher for 10 years now. - Present Continues

She has been watching Korean movies since 1998. - Present Perfect Continues.

    FUTURE TENSES::

I will go for grocery shopping tomorrow - Future Simple.

sorry, i cant call you, I will be in a driving class in every evening. - Future Perfect

I will be watching movies tomorrow - Future Progressive.

I will be taking yoga classes from tomorrow - Future Perfect Continues.

    PAST TENSE:

I got rot wheeler dog as the gift for my 11th birthday. - Past Simple.

She always had the pink teddy with her - Past Perfect.

She was been taking shower for longer time. - Past Progressive.

She had been to New York more than 3 times last year. - Past Perfect Progressive.

I take coffee every morning - Present Simple.
Gramatically correct, however nobody says "I take" coffee. Coffee is a drink, people say "I drink coffee."

I`ve to attend drawing class in every friday - Present Perfect
Gramatically incorrect, and nobody speaks like that. Friday should be capitalized. People say "I have class ON Friday." not IN friday.

She has working as the teacher for 10 years now. - Present Continues
Correct: "She has BEEN working as A teacher for 10 years now."
In this case has cannot stand on it's own.

She has been watching Korean movies since 1998. - Present Perfect Continues.

    FUTURE TENSES::

I will go for grocery shopping tomorrow - Future Simple.
You don't need the word "FOR". Think of it like this
    I will go shopping tomorrow.
I will go grocery shopping tomorrow.
GROCERY is just modifying the word shopping, telling you what type of shopping it is.

sorry, i cant call you, I will be in a driving class in every evening. - Future Perfect
    good
I will be watching movies tomorrow - Future Progressive.
    good
I will be taking yoga classes from tomorrow - Future Perfect Continues.

    PAST TENSE:

I got rot wheeler dog as the gift for my 11th birthday. - Past Simple.
If you only got one gift, then THE is correct. If it was one of many, then use the word A.
She always had the pink teddy with her - Past Perfect.
    good
She was been taking shower for longer time. - Past Progressive.
Incorrect - She was taking A shower for A long time.
She had been to New York more than 3 times last year. - Past Perfect Progressive.
