How I fixed my Hair problem

    hello guys, im 22 years old and ive had some hair problems for 3 years now. I have really thin hair and lost a bit of my hairline and ive got bald spots on my scalp already. I also suffered from dandruff and had an itchy scalp. My dad and my uncles are bald, so I knew that it would hit me some day, but I always believed I was too young to lose hairs.

    I've never really been porn addicted, my main motiv to go on nofap though was because of my hair loss and the other good benefits you can get through abstaining from masturbating such as high libido, better mood, better productivity etc.

    For 3 months now I am trying nofap and my Hair has improved sooo much. it became thicker and the bald spot disappeared almost all. my highest streak was 3 weeks and I've relapsed couple of times, but I guess that in 90 days busting 7-8 nuts is better than busting 120 lol.

    same time I've started Nofap I combined it with other things to improve my hair and build my own routine.

    So heres what I did:
    Note: all of these things don't just affect your Hair but your whole health positively!

    - Nofap Gamechanger. 3 weeks was my longest streak. From Busting 2-3 nuts daily a huge improvement was made.
    - Stopped smoking - Stopped 2 1/2 months ago. Yes, Smoking can harm your hair, I feel so much better since I stopped. Some people laugh at this and give arguments like "my grandpa smoked his whole life and has fullhair". Yes that might be, but every person is different. I e.g. was more prone to the bad effects smoking has.
    - Wim Hof Breathing - Check him out on google, epic guy. Breathing is the most important thing. It made me get aware of my breathing pattern even throughout the day. In stressfull situations e.g. If I notice bad breathing, I take a deep relaxing breath.
    - Daily Cold showers - Part of the Wim Hof Method. In the morning they help me get ready for the day, feeling epic and before bed time they help me sleep and feel relaxed. Absolutely no warm water for 1 month now. I shower around 3-5 minutes.
    - Switched from Head&Shoulders to Baby shampoo. I'm sure that all these chemicals in these shit shampoos e.g Sulfate could harm your hair! I'd rather don't shampoo at all than using Head&Shoulders again.
    - Lifting Weights / Doing Bodyweights exercises at home. 2x a week I go to the Gym and do heavy compound lifts. 1x a week I do some workout with my own Bodyweight exercise at home.
    - Doing More Cardio I started swimming 1x every week and now and then do Cardio at home. There are some apps where you can do some 5-10 min sessions at home. Also I've installed a step counter App and I aim to do 10.000 steps each day.
    - Healthier nutrition Just check google for the best foods for your hair and change the way you eat and what you eat! Ive did alot of changes in what I eat, especially in Fruits/Veggies.
    - Yoga Seriously I feel soooo relaxed after a Yoga session. I try to do 4-5 Yoga sessions a week. If stress is a reason of your hair loss it will definetly help. Check the Youtube Channel "Yoga with Adriene". I especially like the Stretching videos of her.
    - Meditation Just like Yoga, improves your mood, helps with stress! I recommend the App Headspace to get started.
    - More sleep Earlier I slept around 6 hours only, now I aim for 7-9h. With the other stuff I've done my sleep has become much better.
    - Drinking Water I always was a fan of Coke, but for weeks I've started to drink ONLY water.
    - Doing Wall handstands I'm doing this since a week or so for around 30-60s multiple times a day, I'm not really sure if it works yet. However, it is said that being upside down increases blood circulation into your head/scalp. And thats also what I feel when I do them. Blood rushes into my nose and it really works the whole body. I feel so good afterwards. So even if It doesn't help the hair its still awesome.

    good stuff brother. I have been doing everything except wim hof breathing and the handstands. Where is best to start with wim hof?
