How do I resume Lucid Dreaming on Next Day??

I`ve been experiencing lucid dreaming for so many times. my first ever lucid dreaming was held in 2017 October.

Now I`m able to identify the circumstances and people among the sequence of a dream.

Even i could rise question in between of dream.. but the question is how do i
utilize the lucid dreaming?, I`ve to get or indulge into the dream that one i prefer unlike dreaming about fatty naked guy riding on the pony!.

How do i resume to the same sequence of dream in another day of sleep?., Most of the time i failed to revert back over past dream.

How do i do that?, is there any systematical rules to be followed in order to obtain all benefits of Lucid Dreaming?
