How do I decide I'm never gonna do this again?

    I've watched videos about how the most importantstep is deciding you're not gonna watch ever again and sticking by it. For years I've been going on circles but I'm sick of it. I wanna stop. Now. And I wanna know how.. I know it may sound stupid but I don't wanna continue life with this in it.
