How consumed by PMO are you?

    Hi

I am curious about how far reaching PMO addiction is. For me it meant that every time I sat at my computer I thought about it and every time I was alone and had opportunity I would probably do it. But I didn't really think about it or plan it, I guess because I was never really sure when I would have the opportunity.

Reading some people's posts I get the impression that the obsession with PMO can extend further so that it is something that is always forefront of all thoughts. Is that true? Can it be a 24/7 concious-habiting addiction?

24/7 x 365 for me. It's always on my mind.

For me it wasn't as constant. I wouldn't have the intention of PMO'ing but as soon as I hit a triggering image on certain wastetime websites, I would start the process.

Exactly the same, every time I go on the computer I always end up PMO. Even when I get undressed for bed I will want it.

It is interesting to see such a wide range - if you only do it every now and again or when you are at a computer then it is easier to identify triggers.

If you are constantly aware of it then identifying a trigger may not be so easy. Perhaps instead of identifying a trigger you have to identify the opportunity that allows you to PMO and tackle that instead.
