How can you tell if it's PIED or just ED caused by medication?

only way to know is by rebooting, or stopping the medication

 

If you can still get hard to porn, it's probably PIED. There are some really extreme cases of PIED where you can't get hard at all but, for the most part, people with PIED still can get hard to porn. The other example is morning erections - traditionally it was seen that if you still have morning erections the your ED is probably psychological but again people with bad cases of PIED can lose those too.

 

I have severe pied. Can't get hard to porn even with ed drugs. I do get 70% morning wood though. So my brain works when asleep (not much use then!)

 

I was using topical (tho my rectum May absorbed a bit) of antifungal (imidazole) medication.
When I started on this heavier medication, after around 2 weeks, I couldn't get hard even watching every single genre. Just couldn't do it, it took me 3 days to get a new erection.
I know I have PIED tho, because I escalated hard on porn genres. But I almost thought I had ED (I also had a lymphocele and penile mordor disease).
